Bat Scavenger Hunt & Craft-

Whole Foods Jenkintown


                Did you know it’s Bat Awareness Month? Well, Whole Foods knows the best way to help save these important animals is to know more about them. Stop at the table at the front of the store to complete a bat craft, then grab a scavenger hunt sheet and scout out the answers while you shop. The first 30 kids to successfully complete the scavenger hunt get an awesome bat prize!

2nd Annual Harry Potter Festival-

Magic abounds with the 2nd Annual Harry Potter Festival. There will be plenty of fun crafts, activities, and plenty of fun for the whole family! Some of the events for the day include:           The "Hunt for the Horcrux" activity, Dumbledore's Powers Maze at Woodmere Art Museum, Complimentary Knight Bus Trolley transports Wizards and Muggles all over town, Defense Against the Dark Arts classes

There will also be fortune tellers, face painters, magicians, caricatures, Sorting hat demonstrations, games and activities, specialty food, drink and retail promotions.


Sunday October 20th :

Jenkintown Farmer’s Market

It runs from 9 AM to 1 PM and promises to be full of fresh fall produce, homemade goodies and other great items up for your perusal. They are located at 703 Greenwood Ave Jenkintown, PA 19046.
