Personal Property Website

This website will be designed just for your home. It features the ability to post up to 20 pictures of your home, a link to your home’s visual tour, extended listing remarks and property information and much more. A sign with the domain name is prominently displayed on our reflective yard signs and other marketing. This will also be used to post your home online at sites like Craigslist, Zillow and Trulia.

Moving Video Or Visual Tour Syndicated To YouTube & Other Sites Your property will have its own visual tour. We will take moving photos of your home, allowing buyers to view panoramic scenes of the interior and exterior of your home. This tour will be uploaded to the MLS so all potential buyers can view it, as well as to your personal property website, and others. Search engines love video, so this will also help optimize the exposure of your home to potential buyers.

Worry-Free Marketing: Pre-Market Home Inspection

Did you know that our client saved over $300k last year by only spending $400 on a pre- Home Inspection before listing their home?  Check out a past blog post where Diane explains the whole system and how you can save thousands before even putting your home on the market.  We will coordinate the pre-market home inspection for your property and communicate with the inspection company to give them all the necessary information so they can perform the inspection, and then we will review the report with you. Together, we’ll craft a list of items that allows us to present a very appealing package to potential buyers, allowing us to market your home as a worry-free home!  



In-Home Marketing: Binder & Brochures

We will prepare a personalized binder for your property to show off to potential buyers. This will include a "Neighborhood Report" to entice buyers with all the great things your community has to offer.We will also create a one-of-a-kind brochure that potential buyers can take with them after a showing- kind of like a souvenir. This brochure will have a full color photo of your home, descriptions of each room and other information commonly request by buyers, such as average utility costs.


 Realtor.Com Featured Listing

Your property will appear on as a “Featured Listing” and automatically gets put at the top of the list when buyers enter their search criteria. It will appear in a highlighted color with a special banner and scrolling headline text, all to catch the attention of online lookers. Your listing is also enhanced with up to 25 photos and links to your visual tour as well as extended property description remarks.


"Coming Soon" Listing Advertising

Your home will be earmarked as an upcoming listing and posted on our "Coming Soon" page that is visible by thousands of prospective buyers we have in our database. All of our agents will be notified as well when an approximate on-market date has been set for your home. This helps us to create demand and increases the chance that we can sell your home faster.
